MANHATIN: RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES FINAL To maintain the exclusivity of our apparel and reduce global textile waste, every MANHATIN garment is structurally engineered and produced specifically to your order. Because we do not hold excess mass-market inventory, we do not process returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, to maintain structural integrity and comply with strict health and safety regulations regarding intimate and activewear (including swimwear, sports bras, leggings, and compression garments), all sales are absolute. Please review the detailed structural sizing metrics on each product page before securing your order. By completing your transaction, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to these terms.

BESPOKE PRODUCTION & AESTHETIC VARIANCE To optimize global logistics, we utilize a distributed network of high-tier production facilities. Depending on your geographical region, the specific origin of the blank garment and the calibration of the printing machinery may vary. As a result of this bespoke, made-to-order architecture, you may observe minor variations in color saturation, graphic alignment, or dye absorption compared to the digital renderings displayed on our storefront. Furthermore, while all dyes are industry-standard, slight color transfer or bleeding may occur during initial wear or washing.

These are not manufacturing defects; they are the signature of the custom production process. These natural variances ensure that no two items are mathematically identical, rendering the piece you receive an entirely unique, 1-of-1 archival unit. MANHATIN assumes no legal, financial, or operational liability for these natural aesthetic variances. We strictly do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on color discrepancies, minor print shifts, or regional blank variations. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the dynamic, individual nature of your garment.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GARMENTS We uphold a strict quality control standard for true structural failures. If your piece arrives with a severe manufacturing defect or structural flaw (unrelated to the aesthetic variances outlined above), we will immediately authorize a complimentary reprint. Please note that because every garment is custom-engineered, standard production and transit times will apply to the replacement unit.

The Protocol: You must contact us at info@manhatin.com within 14 days of the delivery date. The Requirement: Include your order number and clear, well-lit photographs of the flaw. Once verified, a replacement will be fast-tracked into production.

LOST IN TRANSIT For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of replacing and shipping a lost order, provided the shipping address entered at checkout was completely accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

RETURN TO SENDER / UNCLAIMED If a package is returned to our facility due to an insufficient address, or if it goes unclaimed at your local customs/post office, you will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
